First Responders

The Coalition will develop a plan to show appreciation to first responders.

Staff will ensure training needs of new hires or volunteers

Goal is to get to support some type of daily awareness

First interaction - provide support

• What stigma do they feel

• Create conversation starters to improve dialog with the boots on the ground

  • What would make your work easier

• Create a survey

By IOAD, bring goodies in a bag with the newly developed sticker on it.
